JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party No.2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
By order dated 31.08.2018, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court.
In view of the report of the Mediator, the matter has been settled between the parties. Following is the report of the Mediator :

In view of settlement the dispute between the parties, both the parties are ready to settle the dispute and there is no any grievance to each other. Settled amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) will be paid within 15 days from today.
The mediation proceeding has successfully resolved the dispute and report is being sent to the Hon'ble Court as the same. The Hon'ble Court may direct the learned court trial Court to dispose of the cases which are pending there. Thus, proceeding of mediation has succeeded.
