2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. case No. 1260 of 2023 registered under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution allegation, in short, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, the accused persons including the petitioner killed the informant's brother-in-law by slitting his throat after hatching conspiracy.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has six criminal antecedents in which, in all cases, he is on bail. General and omnibus allegation has been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. Learned APP submits that specific allegation of assaulting the deceased is attributed against the petitioner and the petitioner has six criminal antecedents. In view of gravity of offence, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, specific allegation and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the bail.

7. The prayer is rejected.
