The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 492 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420 of Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I. Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report it is alleged that all the Cheques given by Rubi Devi got dishonoured. Petitioner is father-in-law of Rubi Devi. Petitioner is in custody since 10.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42716 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 492 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
