2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 680 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33, 34, 36 of the Excise Act.

3. This is the second attempt of prayer of bail by the petitioner as such earlier his prayer was rejected vide order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56716 of 2023.

4. Petitioner is in jail since 19.01.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

7. During the trial, the petitioner will stay in the house of Dinesh Yadav, Son of- Late Kameshwar Yadav, Resident of Village- Kashi Danga, P.S. Desmohani, District- Barddhaman, West Bengal.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Desmohani Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month, failure to mark attendance as directed above will result in cancellation of his bail bonds.
