In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.195 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A), 341, 323, 307, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Both the parties were physically present before this Court on 09.08.2019 and the opposite party-informant has not ready to go along with her husband. The petitioner is the fatherin-law of the informant. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the
