For issuance an appropriate writ /writs, order/orders or direction/ directions in nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the concern

Patna High Court CWJC No.17594 of 2015(2) dt.21-09-2023 2/3 respondents to set aside the memo No. 416 dated 1.9.2015 issued under the signature of Principal Secretary Agricultural Department, Govt. of Bihar, under which the further proceeding the selection of the Kisan Salahkar of Bihar has been stopped immediately, in concern the Advertisement no. 633 dated 9.10.2014.

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s) or direction(s) to the respondents authorities in nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the concern respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Kisan Salahkar in light of their finally selection have been made for their appointment in District wise in accordance to the advertisement guideline.

(iii). For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s) or direction(s) to the respondents authorities in nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the concern respondents authorities to appoint the petitioner on the said post in Bettiah and Muzaffarpur Districts likewise the other districts i.e. Samastipur, Katihar, Madhubani etc."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to an order dated 3.1.2022, passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 6320 of 2020, whereby the Respondents have been directed to complete the process of selection within three months, pertaining to advertisement dated
