The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case no.55 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 387, 307, 353, 504, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story in short is that the police has seized Pickup Van along with Trolley and brought the same to the police station and thereafter 100 persons including the petitioner came raising slogan against the S.H.O and started pressuring the S.H.O. to release the Trolley and even tried to forcibly carry the trolly.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42807 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that though they are named in the FIR but nothing specific has been attributed against them as well as having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No.55 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
