The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.C-2869 of 2009 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the complainant unfortunately died in her parental house and thereafter the mother of the complainant compromised the case with the petitioner and his family members as is evident from Annexure 2 & 2/1. The petitioner

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as Annexure 2 & 2/1, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No.C-2869 of 2009 (S.C.
