JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahera P.S. Case No. 271 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 448, 380, 504, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa on his head.

From the impugned order itself it appears that after concealing the facts by the petitioner that his anticipatory bail was earlier rejected, he has filed second anticipatory bail application before the learned Sessions judge. The learned Sessions Judge has rejected his second anticipatory bail application which is mentioned in the impugned order itself.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23178 of 2017 (2) dt.25-05-2017 2/2 In this manner, seeing the specific allegation against this petitioner and also his conduct, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
