JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 The construction made by the petitioner over a public land is sought to be removed under an order, dated 08.01.2019, passed in the light of an order of this Court, dated 30.01.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3621 of 2015. The said order has been passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Hilsa, under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C., which is being challenged in the present writ application.

I am not inclined to entertain this writ application since the petitioner has alternative remedy.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
