1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the description of respondent no.6. Permission so sought is granted. Needful be done during the course of the day.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking

Patna High Court CWJC No.10891 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/3 the following relief(s):- "1(i) To issue a writ, writs/order, orders/direction, directions to the respondents authorities to remove the encroachments immediately.

Because the respondent Nos.7 to 11 have made shops on the government land bearing Khata No.171, Khesra No.462, Area 47 decimals and Thana No.131.

(ii) To direct the respondents authorities to immediately demolish the shop which is made on government land, since illegal construction has been done on government land by the respondents No.7 to 11 due to which market is not being set up and the parking arrangement has also gone wrong.

(iii) To ask explanation cum show cause from the respondent authorities No.2 to 6, as to why encroachment has not been removed, especially when a social worker(petitioner) has moved before the office of the respondent authorities and filed several representations regarding the said encroachment."

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
