The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 399,402,414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-a) b/35 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner and others are apprehended on suspicion that they were preparing to commit dacoity.
Submission is that from possession of the petitioner only Rs. 220/- was recovered. Petitioner has stated on not that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2019.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charges against the petitioner, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.84 of 2019, with following conditions:
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42567 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) khushbu/- U T
