2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a finance company was looted and the total loot amount is Rs. 46,000/-. The criminals have looted the mobile-cum-phones of the employee of the finance company.

4. During investigation, two looted mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
