JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2018 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and it is alleged that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, informant's daughter was killed by her in-laws. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that deceased died due to burn injury received while preparing food and no specific allegation has been attributed against petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49324 of 2018(4) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-VII, Darbhanga, in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
