2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20 (B) (II) (B) of the N.D.P.S Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 14 kg 610 gm ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the recovered ganja is about 14 kg 610 gm which is much below than the commercial quantity. He further submits that petitioner is under custody since 23.03.2025. Lastly, he submits that petitioner has got clean

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering all facts and circumstances of the case, and also the fact that huge amount of contraband ganja has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, so I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
