Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 20.10.2020 & 15.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 27728 of 2020 & 28727 of 2020 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2020.

No.3074 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, East Muzuffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020.
