The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.121 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the deceased had died due to heart failure. However, it is noticed that the name of the petitioners mentioned in the FIR and the deceased had died after having been fallen down. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, no case is made out for anticipatory bail.
