The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 376, 366, 343, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 & 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual offences, 2012.
As per First Information Report Aslam alias Kalu has taken away the girl and he has forcibly established physical relationship with the girl and left her in the house which was taken on rent. The victim girl has stated in her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that petitioner was in collusion with Aslam alias Kalu. Except that there is nothing on record against the petitioner.
