.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Onkar Nath For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Smt. Asha Devi ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to Opposite party No.2 by order, dated 05.10.2016, passed in connection with Gopalpur P. S. Case No. 111 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,379,384,448,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The plea which has been taken on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of bail is that the Opposite party No.2 is threatening the witnesses in order to dissuade them from disclosing true facts before the police and the Court, which was a

condition for grant of bail as indicated in the order itself. I am not inclined to accede to the prayer made for cancellation of bail in view of the nature of dispute between the parties leading to registration of the First Information Report. I do not find any merit in this application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
