The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
