2. The present application has been filed for quashing the Katihar Town (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 700 of 2018 dated 24.09.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 120B, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners are alleged to have committed the offence of criminal breach of trust and cheated Rs. 26 lakhs from the complainant / informant.

4. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that investigation has been completed and except for petitioner no. 2, other petitioners, i.e., petitioner no. 1 and petitioner nos. 3 to 6 have been exonerated by the police.

5. The present application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage, if cognizance is taken against petitioner no. 2 or all the accused persons.

6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty the present application stands disposed of.
