Patna High Court CWJC No.3413 of 2016(4) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 (i) For a direction to the respondents authority to return the land of 3.84 Acres, situated Mahesh Khunt in No. the village 297 of of Khagaria District bearing Khesra No. 620, 621, 619, 618, 617, 614 and 613 as per the declaration No. 4270 dated 05.07.1974, published in the Bihar Gazette dated 07.08.1974 for establishment of a Milk Chilling Centre (Annexure-1) declaring unutilized owner/owners land, to the legal or original heir/legal heirs, according to area of acquired land.
(ii) For a direction to the respondents authority to declare no effect or no binding on the Raiyats of land under declaration No. 4270 dated 05.07.1974 which had been published in the Bihar Gazette dated 07.08.1974.
(iii) For a direction to the respondents authority to grant any other claim/claims in the fact and circumstances of the case for which the petitioners are entitled in the fact and circumstances of the case.
