The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 24.04.2017, 03.05.2017, 7.06.2017 and 10.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 8044 of 2017, 17661 of 2017, 22900 of 2017, 22957 of 2017 and 14131 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.24664 of 2017 (4) dt.18-07-2017 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
