Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "That this application is being filed for a direction to the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board (herein after called Board) for granting approval to this petitioner who has been appointed on vacant/sanctioned post of Moulvi teacher by adopting all procedures of a valid appointment by a Competent authority (the approved committee).

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16588 of 2021(4) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 petitioner submitted that for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already filed a representation on 03.10.2019 but the same is still pending.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of petitioner, if the representation, if any, of the petitioner is not disposed of, then in that case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation before the Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board for considering his entitlement. Thereafter, the Chairman shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
