2. Mr. N. K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to assail the impugned order of the Licensing Authority dated 06-08-2021 whereby the petitioner's license to run a P.D.S. shop has been cancelled.

As the petitioner approached this Court soon after passing of the impugned order dated 06-08-2021 by filing the present writ application, it is observed that if the appeal is preferred within four weeks from today with an application seeking condonation of delay, the Appellate Authority shall be under obligation to decide the appeal on merits upon condoning the delay, within the period specified under the Control Order.
