2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137 (2), 96, 351 (2), 352 and 3 (5) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution in that Satish Kumar and Sunil Kumar took away the minor daughter of the informant on a bike and started fleeing away. When the family members objected, it is alleged that the petitioner along with others started abusing and assaulting them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the

It is further submitted that from the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, it transpires that she has stated that she had gone to Nepal of her won sweet will along with one Satish Kumar, and that no one had kidnapped her. Moreover the petitioner has been languishing in Judicial custody since 01.04.2025.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail stating that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajeshwari P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Supaul.
