JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 27.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67056 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of informant and his family members. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of his wife in connection with demand of dowry.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now the informant and other family members have been examined in this case and they have not supported the case of prosecution. Further submission is that petitioner has been in judicial custody since 26.03.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44638 of 2019(3) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 the petitioner is directed to move before the trial court for grant of bail, who will verify the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and will pass an appropriate order, without being prejudiced by this order, if possible on same day. With the above observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
