This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.07.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21298 of 2020, whereby the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and they were directed to appear before the Court below within six weeks from the date of the order for furnishing bail bonds etc. They could not surrender, however within the said stipulated time.

No.5427 of 2021(2) dt.27-01-2021 2/2 For the reasons stated in the application, this application is allowed and the time granted by this Court for the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 21.07.2020, passed in Criminal Misc.
