JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant, who has suo motu appeared.
2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 dated 11.01.2017 instituted under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is of killing the deceased.
4. After some arguments, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22515 of 2017 dt.07-07-2017 2/2 withdrawn.
5. However, if the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail before the Court below within three weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present application. The prayer of petitioners no. 1 to 4 may be disposed off preferably on the next day.
