1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. In the nature of prayer made in the quashing application, the Court is not inclined to entertain the same as presently the case is under investigation.

3. The learned APP for the State, at this stage, submits that since the case is under investigation, the police, may based on material collected during the course of investigation, will

4. Considering the submission made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application, however, the same shall not denude the petitioners of approaching the appropriate forum at an appropriate stage in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands rejected.
