Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,302,307,447,504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, for quarrel between the children of the two families, all the FIR named three accused persons entered into the house of the informant carrying Lathi. Coaccused-Raju Parwat assaulted with Lathi causing injury at the head of the mother of the informant, as a result whereof, she died during course of treatment. Petitioner caused injury at the head of the informant with Lathi. Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. The Doctor has found simple injury at the head of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1155 of 2021(3) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan Muffasil Police Station Case No.263 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
