JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section341 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (x) (xi) of the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation that the petitioners hurled any abuses against the girl. He further submits that there is still no allegation of any specific misbehaviour. He further submits that no case under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act would be made out.
