The petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 386 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 and 397 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Shailendra Kumar @ Sunil Mukherjee.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
