Heard the parties in virtual Court.
Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,307,504/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Submission is that the petitioners are not assailants of the deceased. They are in custody since 16.02.2020. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and several others of commission of assault to some other person. The Doctor has found simple injury on those persons. Considering the nature of allegation aforesaid, let the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3321 of 2021(2) dt.06-04-2021 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Semra Police Station Case No.123 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
