The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 341, 323, 325, 354(B) and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged in the FIR that when the informant come back after attending the call of nature, these three petitioners misbehaved with her and tried to outrage her modesty. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is dispute between the parties with regard to partition and this case is counter blast of the earlier case lodged by the petitioners.

No.22366 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S.
