Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his friends brutally assaulted the son of the informant by means of pistol, rod, hockey sticks and other weapons as a result of which he sustained injury and died during course of treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the date of occurrence is 03.03.2020 but FIR was lodged on 05.03.2020 after delay of two days. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020.
