The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Puraini P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is a lady. It has been further alleged that there has been general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused in FIR. FIR was lodged two days after the alleged date of occurrence. Both parties are relatives and there has been land dispute between the parties. The petitioner has also lodged First Information Report being Puraini P.S. Case No. 78 of 2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.22737 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S.
