BAJANTHRI) 22-07-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents submitted on instruction that Hon'ble Supreme Court stayed the order of this Court passed in L.P.A. No. 46 of 2021 insofar as the issue relating to payment of pension, however, there is no stay insofar as the leave encashment is concerned. Therefore, the respondent-bank is hereby directed to disburse the leave encashment within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
2. Accordingly, the present LPA stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file Interlocutory Application to revive the order after disposal of pending litigation before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. (Civil) Diary No. 17529 of 2024.
3. Pending Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
