JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------- 26-07-2017 Perused the report of the Additional Sessions Judge-I-cumSpecial Judge, Siwan, as sent vide letter no.304 dated 17.07.2017, flagged at 'A', in the light of the order dated 27.04.2017 passed by this Court. It appears from the aforesaid report that while the petitioner was in custody in connection with the concerned case, he was convicted in the concerned case by the trial court vide order dated 19.12.2016 and sentenced to life imprisonment vide order dated 03.01.2017. In that view of the matter, no further action is required into the matter.
