2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 29.03.2023 passed by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in Bail Petition No.157 of 2023 arising out of G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.408 of 2022.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.
