The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in L.N.M.U P.S. Case No. 02 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498a, 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has not performed marriage with the informant rather the informant is the legally wedded wife of one Raghubeer Ram. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner are general and omnibus. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.22921 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U P.S. Case No. 02 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
