2. The petitioner apprehend her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 10 liters of countrymade liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the Full Bench decision of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2019(2) P.L.J.R. 1089 (F.Β.) and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of
