JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that informant filed an application before the Police to the effect that deceased caught fire while cooking and she died due to burn injuries. Informant has also filed an application before the Court below that the present case was filed in haste but subsequently on verification he found that the deceased got injured while cooking and died in the way to hospital. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri N.K. Tyagi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
