This application is filed for modification of order dated 31.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2414 of 2021, by which the petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail with certain conditions.

It appears that before filing Cr. Misc. No. 2414 of 2021 for grant of anticipatory bail, the petitioner had remarried but he has not disclosed this fact in the bail application for grant of anticipatory bail and obtained the bail order from this Court by suppressing this fact.

In this view of the matter, this modification application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44263 of 2022(5) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 Court below within two weeks from today and pray for bail, failing which, consequential action in accordance with law will follow.
