The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420/467/468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the offence under Section 3(x) of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act is bailable and that the allegation against the petitioner is not fully substantiated and he is just a student and has no concern with other co-accused.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
