The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kajimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 357 of 2014 registered under Sections 143, 341 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the mob, including this petitioner and 10 others named in the F.I.R. made protest against arrest of Manoj Kumar Choaudhary by blocking the main road at Neem Chawk.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. It is also submitted that co-accused Santosh Kumar and five others named in the F.I.R. have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42603 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 Bench of this Court on 03.07.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 23291 of 2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Kajimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 357 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
