The case diary has been submitted by S.H.O., Ram Krishna Nagar, Police Station, Patna who has also filed his show cause.

From the averments made in the show cause it seems that S.H.O., Ram Krishna Nagar, Police Station, Patna was not at fault.

In this view of the matter, show cause of the S.H.O., Ram Krishna Nagar, Police Station, Patna is accepted. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Case No.162 of 2017 registered for offences under Sections 334, 323, 337, 338, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the parties are closely related and this is purely a civil dispute being given the colour of land dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within ten weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge 12th-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.
