2. The petitioners have alleged illegality in the selection of non teaching post in Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna pursuant to the advertisement no. 01-13/2014.
3. Alternate prayer is to direct the Vigilance Department, Department, Bihar, Patna to investigate the mal-
7/7 practice/corrupt practice.
4. The petitioners have all the liberties to approach the Vigilance Department directly, if they have sufficient material under their belt.
5. The direction of the Court in such case is not required.
