The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Marhourah P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are Father-in-Law, Mother-in-Law and Gotni of the deceased and they never tortured the deceased nor ever asked for dowry. It has been further submitted that the petitioners are living at Kolkata and on getting information of the accident they came to the village and learnt that the deceased had gone to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22943 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 attend call of nature in the evening near the railway line where she met with an accident and died. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhourah P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (S. Kumar, J) Arvind/- U
