JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 493 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 354, 507, 509, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) (a) of the Arms Act. Prosecution story is that petitioner and other accused persons made some gesture to the sister of the informant and thereafter, the sister of the informant and her friends fled away to the village and the petitioner and another accused chase her and one of the accused pointed pistol on her, but the village caught hold the other accused.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.
